Tried ‘Playing the game’ with supposed art organisations  but this only leads to marginalisation and un spoken/written exclusion of that which does not fit with a narrow ‘polite’ conception of Arts Culture. This leaves a media/arts/state axis (The Totalitarian Media Culture) which determines the whole culture and the validity or otherwise of the creative acts carried out in it’s name. This is a dangerous kind of culture, it is a suppression of real culture by a self interested beauracratic “ministry of culture” This means that an un-mediated culture is suppressed by it’s exclusion from funding organisations/venues etc, because of it’s inabiltity to engage in the ‘language’ and mindset of those very organisations.
