Tried ‘Playing the game’ with supposed art organisations  but this only leads to marginalisation and un spoken/written exclusion of that which does not fit with a narrow ‘polite’ conception of Arts Culture. This leaves a media/arts/state axis (The Totalitarian Media Culture) which determines the whole culture and the validity or otherwise of the creative acts carried out in it’s name.
